Dog Training Beginners Level

Do you want to enjoy your dog walks without being dragged down the road? Have your dog focus on you and only you? Then our Beginners course is the perfect place to start! Discover how your dog learns best, what motivates them and how to build focus around distractions as well as being well on your way to working on those essential life skills, such as loose lead walking and recall! 
 

Rescue dogs of any age and adolescent dogs aged 5-12 months especially can benefit greatly from this training, but it is open to all!

What can you expect from the course?

  1. Discover how YOUR dog learns best, so you can use this to motivate them and teach them essential life skills at our dedicated Training & Behaviour Centre 

  2. Two qualified trainers in each session!

  3. Build and improve upon behaviours such as walking on lead without pulling, focus on you, sit, down, settle and of course recall!  

  4. Work on helping your dog focus on you around distractions and how to generalise this to real life situations

  5. Life long access to instruction videos on the training exercises we cover 

  6. FREE membership to our exclusive Facebook community group for ongoing advice and support 

What else do I need to know?

  • Cost is £129.99 for X6 sessions spread over 6 weeks, lasting 60 minutes each
     

  • This training is particularly beneficial for adolescent dogs aged 5 - 12 months, rescue dogs of any age and adult dogs taken into your care from someone else. That being said, all dogs of any age can still greatly benefit! 
     

  • There will two qualified trainers in each class, with a maximum of 6 dogs per session so plenty of opportunity for some extra support!

      

  • Dogs need to be capable of coping in a group situation and working in the vicinity of other dogs. If you would like to work on your dog's training, but feel they would find a group situation too overwhelming or distracting, please check out the 1:1 training option
     

  • After completing Dog Training Beginners Level, your dog will qualify for Dog Training Intermediate Level
